Nationwide truckload & LTL freight
MSA Logistics Group coordinates full truckload and less-than-truckload freight for businesses shipping across the United States. Manufacturers, distributors and other commercial shippers can work directly with Jerome Matthews to review one-time shipments or recurring lanes.
Choose the service around the shipment
Full truckload service is an option when freight requires dedicated trailer capacity. Less-than-truckload (LTL) service combines smaller shipments with other freight in a carrier network. Pallet count alone does not determine the right option: dimensions, total weight, stackability, handling requirements and the delivery schedule all matter. Send the shipment details so we can review suitable options and pricing.
What to include in your quote request
- Pickup and delivery ZIP codes, business names and receiving hours
- Pallet or piece count, exact dimensions and weight of each handling unit
- Commodity, packaging, stackability and freight class if known
- Dock or forklift availability at both ends, plus liftgate or limited-access needs
- Pickup date, delivery deadline and any appointment requirements
One shipment or a recurring freight lane
For recurring transportation, include shipment frequency, expected volume and typical pickup and receiving windows. For dry van freight, tell us about loading access and any product restrictions. If your freight requires temperature control, open-deck loading or expedited delivery, include those requirements before requesting a rate.
Common shipping questions
Do you arrange shipping outside Ohio?
Yes. MSA Logistics Group serves business shippers nationwide. Send your U.S. origin and destination for review; your business does not need to be located near Mason or Cincinnati.
What information do you need for an LTL quote?
Include the commodity, packaging, dimensions and weight of every handling unit, pickup and delivery locations, and any liftgate, appointment or limited-access requirements. If you do not know the freight class, say so when requesting the quote.
Is a quote request a confirmed booking?
No. Rates, equipment, service details and pickup or delivery timing must be confirmed directly before transportation is booked.
